As one of Europe’s prime spots for golf, the Costa del Sol is no stranger to hosting golf tournaments. The Andalucia Valderrama Masters recently took place in Sotogrande in June and this summer sees the celebration of the Arana Cup Costa del Sol golf tournament. Taking place at three golf courses in Marbella, this unique tournament pays homage to Javier Arana, widely considered the best Spanish golf course designer ever.

About the Arana Cup Costa del Sol golf tournament

The Arana Cup – Endesa Award takes place over five months during spring and summer 2019. It consists of a total of ten matches, each held at one of the courses designed by Javier Arana in Spain. Each round of the Arana Cup includes a game of 18 holes on the course with winners in several categories.
