There’s no better way to reach higher than standing on the shoulders of giants. For this reason, Río Real Golf would not be complete without its GOLF ACADEMY.

It is directed by Sergio de Céspedes, golf pro and expert in swing analysis and putt in 3D; and member of the National Pro Committee and trainer for the Spanish Golf Federation’s National Juveniles team.

The academy can be defined as a High Performance, Quality Sports Center where instruction and the application of the newest technologies come together to adapt to all the needs of differing levels of players, including beginners.

Along with the Technical Director, they put forth all of their experience and technology, in a practice course with 12 covered posts, a practice green and two bunkers in the 1000 square meter approach zone, 500 square meters of putting zone, with a training putting green, and the most advanced system of 3D analysis, plasma screen visualization, etc.

Area for Biomechanical Swing Analysis in 3D

In the academy we work on all areas of your swing, with a strict planning of all classes. Our teaching system is fundamentally developed on the visual analysis of the ball’s flight pattern and the dimensions of the swing. With 3D Analysis using Biomechanics and Plasma screen, to examine up to 50 points of reference (numerical values of weight distribution, angle of knee, shoulder rotation, etc.) and analyzing the swing from any angle, adapting it to the physical possibilities of each player, we achieve our final objective of finding the most Efficient Personalized Swing.

Our objectives are: The application of quality and innovation in the teaching of Golf and to Promote golf among the lovers of the sport: members, seniors, youths, children, etc.
